The FriendlyTR69 Device Management Suite enables provisioning, managing and supporting CPE, such as modem/routers, IPTV- STBs, ATAs/IADs, IP-phones, storage devices, media centers, femtocells, cameras, etc.. The solution is based on the widely supported  TR-069 standard from the Broadband Forum and enables dramatically reducing the cost of provisioning and supporting non-technical users.

The FriendlyTR69 Device Management Suite is made up of the following components:

•    FriendlyTR69 ACS - to communicate with CPEs.
•    FriendlyTR69 Management Console - to manage CPEs, and the TR69 ACS operation.
•    FriendlyTR69 Provisioning Portal - for Zero-Touch self-provisioning of CPEs.
•    FriendlyTR69 API (NBI) - to external systems (such as OSS, CRM, etc.).
•    Events Management System (FEMS) - to automate "What / If" scenarios upon events triggered by CPEs
•    FriendlyTR69 Support Center - to help support engineers to remotely diagnose solve CPE problems and reduce time spent per call.
•    Friendly Self-healing Portal - self-support portal reduces calls to the help desk from non-technical end-users. The portal enables users to manage their CPEs, diagnose and solve their problems automatically, with no need to call the help desk.
