Order Management Platform
The WOM (WiTech Order Management) platform is tailored to address several operational needs mainly in the sales support and customer provisioning areas, providing an easy and effective communication booster. Thus, this platform enables a clear end-to-end integrated management of the purchase order, starting from the proposal stage to the final delivery. In detail, each proposal is characterized in terms of number of Wi-Fi networks (and access points) to be deployed, probability of success and status of the proposal; whilst each delivery is specified in terms of number of Wi-Fi networks (and access points) to be deployed, as stated in the proposal, and number of Wi-Fi networks (and access points) already deployed.
Assurance Service Platform
The WAS (WiTech Assurance Service) platform guarantees a reliable and real-time monitoring of all access points also belonging to different networks, as well as an effective event and notification management. In detail, once the important events have been identified, they can generate both notices through mails and/or SMS and trouble tickets. The WAS platform has been designed for a seamless integration with the WOM platform to enable a clear and reliable end-to-end management of next generation Wi-Fi networks.
