TelcoGIS is a web-based integrated GIS tailored to support operators in making better decisions, improving operational effectiveness and increasing sales through better customer service and planning. Using TelcoGIS it is possible to implement a number of applications and services such as business and strategic network planning, network planning and implementation, marketing sales and commercial planning, customer provisioning, quality assurance, network optimization and maintenance.

 TelcoGIS, through a fast and simplified configuration of GIS layers and groups, allows a fine-tuned configuration of projects therefore, the user can manage every aspect of imported maps (colors and maps aspects, classes and legends, etc). It also supports a tree-style organization of TAGs enabling user to manipulate in a flexible way the association between each map/layer and a specific flag and to perform the analysis of map-based data by means of the embedded query system and maps interrogation tools. An easy-to-use and modular GUI provides the user with a easy access to a rich set of functionalities to create a customized project and to organize properly the information for the specific application.

In addition, TelcoGIS integrates different embedded, ready-to-use application modules, including the “Coverage Check”, that are accessible through the same interface. In particular, the “Coverage Check” module offers an efficient and speedy verification of the type of coverage the customer has, before signing the contract, and for the proper choice of type of user terminal.
