Operation Support Portal is a single, easy-to-use integrated portal devised for operational people to perform key daily activities leveraging WROP’s, TelcoGIS’ and TR-069 ACS ‘ systems in a simplified manner:

• Allowing to separate the administration and maintenance of the different platforms from routine operations (coverage check, customer provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Showing key assets of the access network (e.g., sites, base stations and sectors, DSLAMs, Gateways, etc.) and the backhaul network (e.g., microwave links, fiber optic links, etc.), as well as customers, prospect, etc., conveniently geo-referenced on a map and accessing their related data with a click.

Different, fine tuned instantiations of the portal exist for wireline (e.g. xDSL) and wireless (e.g., WiMAX) service providers. Upon request, customizations can be easily implemented to accommodate specific combinations of network environments.
